Quality is not everything …but, without quality, nothing will come of it. It can be seen from this saying that quality is very important to us and, without it, our product (the bent component) cannot be used by the customer. Quality is therefore the prerequisite for our business.

However, our main aim is to give the customer an advantage. This is why we also interpret quality to mean aspects such as zero error rates, speed of delivery, punctual delivery and devising alternatives which offer better value. Our customers value this because it allows them to gain cost advantages and also operate their goods in inspections and warehousing facilities more efficiently.
